Tom Pollock, M.Sc.A, P. Geo.
Mr. Pollock is a professional geologist with more than 25 years experience in mineral exploration, consulting and management working for junior and major mining companies. He has worked on a wide variety of mineral deposit types both domestically and overseas, and held a range of technical and managerial positions with such companies as Utah Mines Ltd., BHP Minerals and ValGold Resources Ltd.

Mr. Pollock received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geology from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario in 1977 and a Master’s of Applied Science Degree in Mineral Exploration from McGill University, Quebec in 1980. He has been a registered professional geologist with the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1992.

Robert A. MacGregor, P.Eng.
Robert A MacGregor has been a self-employed mining engineer, geologist and prospector since 1971 and develops and deals in mining properties. He is President and sole owner of Skead Holdings Limited, with which the Company has entered into agreements to acquire certain mineral claims.

Sean Stokes
Sean Stokes has served as a corporate IRO and financial communications/business development consultant to a broad range of publicly traded and private companies primarily in the mining and technology sectors for the last 12 years. He has extensive experience in IR strategy, disclosure and governance issues. A member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute, Mr. Stokes was a judge for the CICA/National Post Annual Report Awards between 2001 and 2004, has taken the Canadian Securities Course and is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
