Herb Kokotow is President & CEO of Brigadier Gold Limited. Mr. Kokotow was born and raised in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. He was admitted to membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1967. Mr. Kokotow has extensive experience in the industry and the practice of public accounting. For over 20 years, he has operated a Chartered Accounting firm under his name in Thornhill, Ontario. He has been President and a Director of Brigadier Gold Limited since its incorporation in February of 1996.

Kenneth Wolfson LL.B. Treasurer & CFO
Ken Wolfson is Treasurer & CFO of Brigadier Gold Limited. Mr. Wolfson was called to the bar in 1975 and practices corporate law under his own name in Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Wolfson has been a Director of Brigadier Gold Limited since its incorporation in February of 1996.

Tim Pervin is the Managing Partner of The Pervin Group Inc. He has consulted in strategy development, marketing, business planning, project management, and communications program development and implementation for clients in media, advertising and direct marketing, entertainment, real estate, retail, consumer products, financial and professional services, health, and automotive in the private and public sector. Prior, he was Partner & Practice Leader at Stevenson Kellogg, a multi-disciplined Consulting Practice. He serves on public, private, and not-for-profit Boards. Governance experiences includes: gold exploration, technology distribution, hospital, and various arts.

Laurence Ginsberg is a Chartered Accountant recognized for his strategic and entrepreneurial expertise. Mr. Ginsberg has been providing strategic management services, wealth management, business advisory services, and mentoring services to innovative and high growth clients for over 25 years. He is founder of GinsOrg International and has been an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at the Schulich School of Business, York University. Mr. Ginsberg is a former columnist for the Globe and Mail, and has authored or co-authored four best-selling books on entrepreneurship.

Simon Baker is an economic geologist specializing in precious metals and industrial minerals and has over 20 years of senior management expertise in this sector. Simon has been a Director and Vice President, Corporate Development with Platinex Inc. and has held senior management roles with industrial minerals company RMC Group. Mr. Baker has developed a successful management consulting business, Telacorp Inc. through which he has helped to build effective production teams for firms in the nickel, diamond, industrial minerals and mineral processing sectors.
