President & CEO
Grant Hall has vast experience in the mining, mining services, commodities and financial industries. He held successively senior positions of leadership and authority in the brokerage business with two prominent firms. He has provided funding for several mining ventures over his career including, Sola Resources and Prize Mining. He was President of the former Western Warrior Resources (now Whetstone Minerals) He was an integral part of the initial management change at Oremex Resources in 2009 and helped fund the enterprise as well as added value in the area of corporate development and investor relations. Mr. Hall owned a successful diamond drill business in Colombia South America. Grant's knowledge of commodities industries along with his financial background have provided him the ability to raise significant amounts of capital for public and private companies in the resource sector.

Treasurer & CFO
Herb Kokotow is Treasurer & CFO of Brigadier Gold Limited. Mr. Kokotow was born and raised in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. He was admitted to membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1967. Mr. Kokotow has extensive experience in the industry and the practice of public accounting. For over 25 years, he operated a Chartered Accounting firm under his name in Thornhill, Ontario. He was President of Brigadier Gold Limited until he assumed the role of Treasurer & CFO on October 22, 2010. He has been a Director of Brigadier Gold Limited since its incorporation in February of 1996.

William J. Dynes, Bill, B.Sc (Hon) P. Geologist.

Director
Mr. Dynes is a Consulting Geologist and has been a Self Employed Mining British Exploration Consultant since 1984. He has been Consulting Geologist of Sierra Geological Corp., since October 1997. Mr. Dynes served as Vice President of Exploration of New Meridian Mining Corp. He served as Vice President of Exploration of Prize Mining Corp. (formerly Muskox Minerals Corp.) since August 1, 1997 and also served as its Consulting Geologist. From September 24, 1999 to January 2003, Mr. Dynes served as President of Muskox Minerals Corp. From 1989 to October 1997, he was Project Geologist with Canamera Geological Ltd. He is a Consulting Geologist managing exploration projects in Africa and Mexico. Mr. Dynes is a professional geologist with 29 years experience in mining and mineral exploration. He serves as a Director of Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. He has been a Director of Rainmaker Mining Corp. (also known as Thunder Sword Resources Inc.). since April 19, 2006, Premier Minerals Ltd. since 1989. He served as a Director of Sola Resource Corp. from September 23, 1996 to September 2005. He served as Director of New Meridian Mining Corp. since 1996. He served as a Director of Rio Alto Mining Limited (formerly Mexican Silver Mines Ltd.) from June 25, 1987 to April 8, 2008. He served as a Director of Premier Diamond Corp. He served as an Independent Director of Prize Mining Corp. from August 1, 1997 to April 8, 2008. Mr. Dynes completed a Masters of Science thesis in Igneous Petrology.

Alick Ryder Q. C.

Director
Alick is the senior partner of the Toronto law firm Ryder Wright Blair and Holmes LLP where he practices in labor law and energy regulation. He has appeared at all court levels in Ontario, the Supreme Court of Canada and before many administrative tribunals. In addition he is the president of Wabigoon Resources Limited and Hastings Highlands Nickel Ltd., a company formed to develop a nickel deposit near Bancroft, Ontario.

Tom Carpenter B.Sc., P.Geo. Discovery Consulting -

Project Manager
Tom has been a Project Geologist with Discovery Consultants since 1989, and partner since 1998. He is a 1971 graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland and has field and management experience in 8 provinces, 2 territories and on 6 continents He has worked in diamond exploration on a number of projects in Alberta, Nunavut and the NWT as well. Tom has extensive experience with epithermal type gold deposits He was directly involved in discovery of the North Peak gold deposit in Nevada as well as being the team Leader on the World Bank Project in Yemen, responsible for supervision and hands-on training of government exploration staff . He was the geologist responsible for regional exploration around the Bisha polymetallic deposit in Eritrea and co-managed a uranium exploration program in Argentina from 2005 to 2008. He is the author and co-author of numerous 43-101 Reports.
